Are you a 2019, 2020 bride? If so, what are your goals for your special day?
To have the biggest bouquet of 2019?
To have the most drop dead dress ever to walk the isle?
To not trip over that drop dead dress?
WHAT ARE YOUR GOALS? Tell me!

This year I realized that every bride seems to have relatively the same goal. Everything is built around this one most important goal. That is to blow away the man of her dreams.

The details that brides incorporate into this most special day reflect their love, spirit, and soul. It really is such a beautiful testament to the love they have for their betrothed.

I am so blessed to have been witness and assistant in achieving these goals for these brides this past year! I look SO forward to this upcoming year and learning the details of each bride and the love she and her groom have for one another.

If you know me personally, you know how important

If you know me personally, you know how important our plant relatives are to me. I live and breathe plant medicine. To work amongst the biggest fig and monsteras I've ever seen was exciting! I felt like I had a crowd of plant people watching me create art for this beautiful bride.

LETS TALK ABOUT AI....

If you know me, you know I am a mother, a wife, an herbalist, a makeup artist, a bridal professional, a bee keeper, an environmentalist, and so much more. I am a lover of all things beautiful. Because of that I feel I have much to offer in the beauty industry. ✨️

That being said...I could jump on a whole band wagon of WHY AI is garbage. Data centers, water usage, damage to the natural world, etc...

But for now I'd like to chat about how its hurting artists and this industry.

Im saying these things today not to offend anyone. But to hopefully create an awareness, offer growth, and share support.

Ai generated pictures spread unrealistic expectations, they change everything about the natural beauty of a real person. Your skin, your lashes, the small hairs of your brow, the shape on one's nose, the cupid bow of your lip, the glow of your highlight. All of these naturally stunning features of each individual are changed and distorted. TO FIT AN UNREALISTIC STANDARD OF BEAUTY.

I cant fall on board with this thinking. Thinking that AI is positive. Sure it may be pretty. Sure it may make some things easier. But over all, the benefits DONT out weight the negatives.

If you are looking at me as an artist for your big day, I will cheer for you, support you, soothe your worries and help you to plan one of the biggest days of your life. But I will not be an artist that strives to create an unrealistic look based in AI. If that means you look elsewhere thats ok.

I cant wait for all the dresses! One of my favorite gifts of being the glam team is getting to peek at the dress before everyone else. Its an important part of the planning process. Making sure the hair style doesn't conflict with the dress.

I always feel so special given that I get to see this secret detail.
