Makeup artist in Michigan

Being a makeup artist in Michigan sure has been one of my proudest accomplishments.

I remember in beauty school friends would ask what I wanted to do after school. I’d say, I really want to master bridal beauty! I want to play a role in making every bride or grooms wedding day exactly what they hoped it would be.

I’ve been married to my husband Tyler for 12 years and back when I got married there weren’t any makeup artists in Michigan that weren’t in Detroit. So naturally, I did my makeup myself.

Gosh, I have learned so much since then! Do you know, for my wedding I wore eyeliner, mascara, and red lipstick. Thats all! No foundation, no brows, no blush, no lashes!

I’ve really come to learn how important these things are. Even if we don’t wear much during the week or on a regular basis. I’ve come to learn looking back at my own pictures, how much I wish I knew what I know now.

Im proud of how far I have come. I am proud that I have created a business and platform that give people the option to have natural, relatable beauty, or dramatic, radical makeup artist with them for these important events. I an so super proud to be a Michigan Makeup Artist!
